Stock H22 Turbo??

So I have a 1995 h22 prelude vtec. Its got 133k original miles on it. Its fully stock and im planning to turbo it. I have a few questions.
How many PSI can i run safely all day if the engine is 100% stock?

And if i get these minor modifications then how many PSI could i run safely
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-450cc DMS injectors
-Cometic 89mm Head gasket
-ARP head studs

After these parts are installed how many psi could i run? Thanks alot everyone!

Re: Stock H22 Turbo??

It's not about how much boost you run. It's about the size of the turbo and the airflow it will be pushing. I'm by no means an expert but you should be safe up to ~275ish HP. Anything more than that and your internals will start to hate you.

None of those parts are the problem when it comes to boosting an H-series motor. Obviously bigger injectors will always be needed, as will the fuel pump, but the studs aren't necessary and the head gasket doesn't really matter (unless you go thicker to bump compression, which isn't the smartest way to do so). The problem in boosting our motors is the FRM (Fiber Reinforced Metal) cylinder sleeves. Once you start pushing a decent amount of power you will need to get your block sleeved. There's literally thousands of pages out there on this topic, and even a couple on this site. Just look around and you will find what you need.
