4th Gen Prelude with f22a1

okay so my motor use to have a h23a1 but some crap happen to it
therefore i swap in a f22a1... put everything in and started it up
it idles from 1-3000.... checked to make sure all bolts were tighten and
they were.. but check the vaccum lines, and im not sure if they're correct.
I took off the vaccum lines that are attach to the intake manifold by the throttle body and its steady at 2000 rpm.. so what possibly could be
wrong?

is it possible that he could have his tps and (i cant remember what the other sensor is off the top of my head) round the wrong way? i know when i changed my intake manifold this is what i did and it would rev up and down A LOT, they both have the same connecting plugs so its very easy to mix the two up.
just throwing out a possible............

HRm.. well I never took off my tps.. But the cAr was running fine when it was in another prelude... So i dont think that could be it.. Could a dead IACV sensor cause the idle?
