Icon5 Cold air intake, will it work?

I have a 1993 si vtec, a person on craigslist is selling a 97-01 aem vr2 cold air intake. The person selling says that it will work for my car, i dont know enough about it and i dont want to spend $300+ on a new one plus S&H. Will it work???

should fit, their both dohc vtecs
unless the 5th gen has a different engine bay set up, i shouldnt see a problem

yup you should be just fine, i know i'm using an intake i got off my buddies 4th gen right now(and yes i drive the much better of the two, the 5th gen! :P )

haha ok thx for the replys. The 5th gens are better cars i do believe, but not until this honda engine explodes will i buy one. So it might be awhile...
