Accord with JDM h22a and p30 ECU

So this guy that works at my local advance auto offered me his Accord with a JDM h22a and a p30 ecu in it OBD1 converted for 3k. He said the engine had around 50k miles on it but he is the 2nd owner with the engine in it. I dont personally know him but he complimented me on the lude and told me what he had in his accord and i asked if he wanted to sell it. He said car and all 3k. I cant do the engine swap myself, i would have to pay to have it done. Would this be worth the time/money to buy this car and have the engine swaped? Or should i just wait till my a4 craps out and i have to get a new engine to do a swap? I mentioned it and my girlfriend didnt sound happy about it but oh well. I guess i could put my h22a4 in that accord and try to sell it, but the clear coat is fukd on the hood and one fender is primer. Sorry i dont know the year of the accord or much else on specifics for that car, just want to know what you guys think. I would probably have to take the car down to Hickory to Blue Ridge Motor Sports to have the swap/ swap's done. So maybe a tow for the accord. Ok ill quit ranting. Info/comments plz. Thanks, Flip

jdm engine..more compression so what...just rebuild your motor, you take it to a person you dont know you'll defiently be spending a lot of money..that could be money just rebuilding your h22

im pretty sure the regular JDM h22 is like 10.6:1. thats not really worth it at all. just take the money and respray the hood/fender, maybe get a bisi header, and then youll have the same amount of hp lol
