suspension question

So I just bought my first 'lude. 2001 type sh with 63000 miles, 5 spd, pearl wht bone stock

The first thing I noticed is that the suspension may be going. this car sure likes to bounce. this is the only car I've ever owned (all my others have been lowered) where the wheel rubs the well on certain bumps. I don't want to lower the car, I just want a stiffer ride. I was told to look at Koni yellows but they don't seem to make them for this car. I've read that due to the ACCS on the type SH that lowering is an issue. Since all I want is a stiffer ride where should I go?

Sorry if this seems like an old question, but I couldn't find any threads on this. Thanks.

Josh

Re: suspension question

they are probably a little better than kyb agxes, but also more pricey.. I have been satisfied with the agxes and they are def. stiffer than stock.

Seems like there are some sport springs that only drop you an inch or a little less... and there is the coilover option if you want to keep your height... just so you know..

edit: upon doing some research, they don't seem to make yellows for the SH, but maybe they work anyway? Here is a thread on AGXes.. says they weren't supposed to "fit" on the SH, but they do... http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1420692 ... the impression I get is that you won't be able to rock the stock spring anymore... who knows?? I'm a 4th gen guy.

Re: suspension question

IIRC you CAN use the koni's made for the base on a SH, but you have to use SH springs, because the sh springs are shorter stock then the base springs.
