How Do i Find A short in My Electrical Sys?

my tail lights dont stay on when im riding at night, and i dont hear the little bell either when i have the headlights on and no key like i should. i have tried changing the fuse but it pops when i turn the headlights on so i know for sure that its a short somewhere

i'm think this is common among prelude because i've seen it before on a couple of ludes where the brake light comes on but just turns off at night when it should turn off

so basically i want to see if anyone knows a common solution before i go and pay an electricion a couple of hundred bucks to find the problem :/ or if anyone knows where to find like a blueprint of the electrical system so i can try checking it myself, i took it to a shop yesterday and i seen that the guy printed one out but he wanted to charge me 200 just to find the problem and if it needed parts that would cost more
