help! code 45 and 15

so i just bought a 93 lude with a h23a1 dohc non-vtec
when i first got it i decided to run the codes and it threw a code 45 and 15
one is the ignition output signal code and the other is the fuel supply system
i know my o2 sensor is bad and alot of people have told me that has made their car throw the fuel supply code
what my car would do is sputter like it was misfiring really bad and the tach would jump around alot
i put about 500 miles on it after getting it and it finally just quit starting the other day, the fuel pump is getting battery voltage and i checked the injector pulse with noid lights and all injectors were working
the engine turns over fine its just seems like its not firing

also i noticed oil around the distributor so im not sure if it got in there and on the pickup coil or what but i was wondering if anyone has had this same problem before and could give me some advice as to what it might be

Re: help! code 45 and 15

Welcome to the pz . the engine ran before and, know it don't start . Okay first you have make sure fuel is coming out of the fuel filter, on the start cycle once that's done and is good then you need to know if the coil is working properly ,you have do simple test ,unplugging the coil wire from the distributor and crank the engine with the wire barely touching the engine, or any metal part to see if the coil is producing spark . The codes you gave will also cause this problem so you have take care of the issue .Ok j hit me up .
