Prelude just doesn't feel right.

I haven't had my lude too long now and lately its been riding real sluggish. It's a 1995 Si with 134000 mi on it. I was wondering if anyone knew what it could possibly be? The check engine light is not on, and I'm not sure when it got its last tune up, could that do the trick?

Re: Prelude just doesn't feel right.

when i bought my prelude the spark plugs were long gone, i.e. monster gap with the electrodes not even present anymore. previous owners like to leave surprises on new car owners...

What fuel do you fill your car with at the pump?
Where do you fuel?

Octane/Grade?

Check your oil and gas filter trans fluids make sure put some injector cleaner in the tank before fill up with good octane ,and do complete tune up cap, rotor wires plugs ,pvc ,air filter and check your throttle body and if needed clean it .Don't go cheap pn the tune up honda's don't like it very well every one here will tell you that! so don' t go gheto on the parts trust me oem and performance is the way not broken zone or pepzone .Later.John Hit me bach if need help .Okay

Re: Prelude just doesn't feel right.

I usually try to go to shell for gas, highest octane available. I try not being too cheap with it.
