ectronics Switch Off Under Hard Acceleration

Hi,
I drive a 93 lude 2.2 which i love but i am having a problem where The Electronics Switch Off Under Hard Acceleration , For Example When I Drive It Very Nicely (not Hard On Accelerator ) Everything Works Fine. But When I Accelerate Hard The Speedometer Goes Up And Down (wont Tell Me My Speed),the Rev Counter Normally Works Fine And The Gearbox Changes Perfectly But The Radio Turns Off And The A/c Also Turns Off.once I Take My Foot Off The Accelerator Everything Comes Back On,Also if i go over a speed bump or a big imperfection in the road the fuel gauge and temperature meter reset themselves. I Have Put In A Used Alternator In The Car About A Month Ago And Everything Was Fine Then. Any Ideas on what could be wrong?

Re: ectronics Switch Off Under Hard Acceleration

sounds like your ignition system is taking up too much voltage for your accessories to run properly under hard acceleration, a simple test is to check voltage at idle, than have a friend rev it up and monitor voltage. my guess is youre gonna see it drop way down, to like a pure 12 or somewhere like a 10.8.

should this happen, take your alternator out and replace with a new alternator, or get used and replace it again in a month
