Icon9 Electrical Problems. Wont come out of park!

Ok, so new to the forum thing but i really need some help. So there I was, putting everything back in the dash after installing new gague faces, everything was working;the gauges were glowing and everything was good. So i shut the car off to put it all back together. I had spliced into the power wire for my 12v acessory plug for the power to the gauge faces, and grounded to a bolt on the transmission hump. When I got everything back together, the car would not come out of park, the cruise control does not work, the sunroof does not work, the factory radio will not work(but still has power to the anti-theft LED) and the 12v acessory plug did not work. These all worked before... So i can drive it by using the shifter interlock override button, but i cant use anything else I listed. I checked all fuses and the interior lighting 15amp fuse was blown, so replaced that. No other apparent issues, so i need some help. What the heck did i do, and how do i fix it? P.S. disconnected gagues went back to origional setup and still nothing.

There's a second accessory fuse. My bet is that you've probably removed it and replaced it in the wrong hole. That's what I did, and it took me 6 hours to find.

Are you throwing a CEL? I am wondering if you blew one of the big boy fuses under the hood or if an accessory relay burned up. This just off the top of my head without hitting up the service manual though. Check ALL the fuses with a multimeter that has the audible continuity function (most do). Check the fuses under the hood and the ones inside the car. I know i have troubleshot an auto that wouldnt go out of park and it was a simple fix...i just cant remember what it was! It must have been about 8 years ago i had that problem!

Does the radio security light flash when the key is out of the ignition? I am willing to bet the 7.5 Amp RADIO fuse is popped under the hood. It is for the ECU as well.

Just wondering what did you use to check the fuses?
Logic probe=computer safe test light or a dvom?
Because eye balling it wont do it. Sometimes Heat warps the crap out of fuses and the connections become crappy as can be.
