If the springs are Eibach, they are the Pro Kit, since this is the only black spring Eibach made. The strut looks pretty generic, I have no idea what it is.

That's what I had come up with. Rep for answer. Is there any way they could be stock springs compressed to create a drop, or are those springs definitely different than stock?

Re: Can you ID these struts/springs for me?

Thanks man.

To me, they look aftermarket:

1. They are shorter than stock
2. They have white writing on them, OEM Honda springs did not have this, at least mine didn't.
3. They look WAYYY too clean to be OEM compressed.

The struts however, could possibly be stock.

Just my .02

I couldn't find any white writing on mine either, haha. I'd believe the struts were stock, I was just so confused by the tight coils. I hope they're the pro-kit, i got them for super cheap.

I dont get it, why would stock spring/strut be a 1.5 to 2 inch drop? If theyre eibachs, theyre definitely not stock springs.. To me they look like the eibach prokit, which is a 1.3" drop

oh and a side note those rims look like their 18"s.

He thought they were the OEM springs compressed, or cut, which would provide a bigger drop.

That wouldn't surprise me, the guy was wrong about everything else. I honestly didn't know if eibach made an oem spring. After all, brembo makes my rotors

Re: Can you ID these struts/springs for me?

Instead of starting another thread, I'll update this one. I found a listing for struts/springs on craigslist, but the person selling these has no idea what they are. I know they are Tokico, because I can read that from the pictures. Any info would be great.

Is there a way to tell what car they fit?

Thanks

Re: Can you ID these struts/springs for me?

I got an email from the person selling them. He said, "1 spring had Sportline 14/99 4.1640F, and 1 shock showed HU35??? but could not make out the rest of the numbers on it." They were in the trunk of his 92-96 prelude Si. HU35 are for 92-01 Preludes according to the Tokico website. He also said "The springs are Eibach Sport Line with 1.7" lowering front and 1.5 lowering rear. The front shocks are the Adjustable series and the rear are the HP series."

Will these a 2000 base? Any idea what this setup is worth?
