Icon7 how do you take off a h23 head

i have a 93 lude with a h23 motor i was gonna put h22 heads on it but im new to hondas and stuff so can someone tell me how to take off the head safely without ruining anything this is my only car. any help would be appreciated thank you.

look for h23 vtec on here, we should have everything you need to know. and on honda-tech if you cant find it here

there is alot more to it then just swapping heads.
you have to convert your h23 bottom end into a vtec block. oil valley has to be made, oil squirters for the rods must be installed, custom headgasket, h22 oil pump, water pump, and much more. do a search people have done this hybrid/conversion.

alright so ya im just gonna stick to the f22 swap then i think i could do it but i only have 8 mos to do it in unless i buy another car i can use as a daily driver until i finish my lude but thatnks for the help
