failed smog

HC(PPM) 118 293 200

CO(%) .75 2.25 .72

NO(PPM) 799 2002 2288

NOx ive read is high combustion chamber tempor lean (i think), how would i lower that????

before the test i only drove it about 2 miles because i wasnt planning on doing smog today but i ended up doing it since i get a free re-test

also i havent changed the oil for a lil over 2000 miles

spark plugs were changed about 9000 miles ago, same time the distributor was changed

i passed all emmission controls and it states that timing was at 14BTDC is that ok??

also HC(PPM) what the heck do i do about that?
