Hey pretty noob here just wondering if a h22a euro r would go into a 4th gen lude well? would u need to change anything like the ecu or something etc

and is the h22a euro r the same or close to the h22a type s?

Cool thanks for that, I got in contact with a honda shop selling h22a euro r's he said that they are even in power with the type s but they get the power at different rev's but that the atts system in type s sucks out more power? anyway the engine is 4k which in us dollars is about 2500$ is that fairly priced in your guys points of view?

Yes, it fits. You'll need the Euro R OBD2 ECU, or a tuned OBD1.
Euro R has a better intake manifold, at least if you stay N/A. I believe the header is slightly different too. I'd prefer the Euro R if I'm going to blow that much money on just the motor, but with the same amount, I can do so much more with my stock USDM H22.

By the way, you'd know all this if you'd search.
