Re: Buying off ebay?

Links to the exact things you want? Care to even tell us anything about what year model?

The eBay projector headlights are crap quality.
The tail lights are just ugly.

Re: Buying off ebay?

People say the replica JDM fog lights are crap too but I like mine. Not sure how well that logic follows with the eBay projectors but take it for what its worth.

Re: Buying off ebay?

I have gotten lots of things on EBAY.
The prices are only as high as you want to go.
If you get outbid, then search again.

On a side note, the EBAY lights are fine. Some of the
people on here are biased to a custom made retro
by certain other members. Half the time people don't
even know what they are talking about. I can almost
guarentee they have never tested all the EBAY headlights
out like Consumer Reports would do.

If you like them, then get them. I have said that many times....
DO what you like, and what fits your style. Also if you can afford
the ones on EBAY and not the $600-$1000 price that I have seen
do it.

I am about to get a set myself, and I don't give a ratts-ass what
someone says. My car, my money !!!

Good luck what ever you do, and who cares what the guy next
to you thinks.

Later !!!

Re: Buying off ebay?

i got my blinker bumper lights and side marker bumper lights off ebay and they are fine. I wouldn't buy head lights or tail lights off ebay personally because I'd be worried about the poor quality and condensation getting in the light; that's what happened to my 2000 civic, got some black housing head lights and after it rained water got in and it looked like crap. Just my opinion and experience...

Re: Buying off ebay?

^ like Blk_n_Blu_BB6 said. I'd worry about condensation, the replica JDM ones I had on my Accord from ebay. Looked great, but only lasted through a handful of rain falls before they looked like s**t.

Re: Buying off ebay?

I drive an 01 Prelude. I bought altezza smoked out tail lights from Ebay for like 65 bucks in hand. Pay the 2 dollars or whatever it is for the insurance. Its worth it. But mine worked out perfectly and they dont leak. Im also looking at head lights as well.

those one pieces you posted up look like retro fits... if you buy those you will still have to use your regular bulbs.
