engine vibration

ok i'm posting this up for a friend..he has an 06 civic..and he has noticed that his engine would vibrate a lot whenever its idling and his gas tank is full but when his gas goes down some it'll stop vibrating so much but once he fills up again it vibrates the same again this has been trend with his car. the vibration is more of a shudder that goes up and down too..and only when his car is idling and not when he pushes on the gas pedal
