h22 block for sale.. should I pick it up? What should I ask?

Hey guys...

http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/pts/1163401925.html

is a local ad to me. selling an h22 block.

I wanna start building one to put in my prelude. I dont know **** about motors yet.

So I need to know what are good questions to ask, and what price to offer for it.

This I assume is just a block. I dont know what the block 'SHOULD' have... can someone give me a run down list of questions to ask?

Basically I dont wanna sound like i dont know **** about motors when I call the guy.

any tips would be greatly appreciated...

300 is pretty cheap for a h22 block.

Ask why he is getting rid of it. Ask what the mileage is on it and if its a long block which would mean it would include the head also. Ask what the condition of the head is (did the t-belt snap???) and ask what components it comes with (water pump, intake manifold, etc etc)
