traction problem???

i was wondering if both wheels on a 4th gen prelude with a h22a4 vtech r supposed to spin? on my old 87 2.0 si both spun when i burn out but on my 93 only one spins unless i really get on it.

AEM short ram air intake
fidanza 2.1 performance clutch
dcsports 2 to 1 header
skunk2 mega power muffler
flowmaster high flow cat
skunk2 cams and cam gears
NGK iridium plugs.
Nology hotwire plug wires
fidanza 8lb flywheel
eibach coilovers
eagle alloys 17s
