Wheel ID

Hi everyone, I am new here, I hate to ask a question with my first post but I am trying to ID some wheels and figured you guys would know. I am on a couple tech boards for specific vehicles so i figure someone here can probably ID every OEM honda wheel ever made. I picked up some OEM wheels that I put on my daughter's 89 Prelude. They are 14x5, 4x100 bolt pattern, directional Honda wheels. I need some center caps and can't figure out what they originally came on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and please take it easy on the noob for asking a question with his first post. I live in Sierra Vista AZ if any locals want to have a beer.

Thanks, here is a pic of one of the wheels.
