Main Bearing Cap bridge problem Need help!

Hey guys,

Taking my block appart today and cant seam to get my main bearing cap bridge off. I took the blots off by the specified sequence but the bridge seams stuck? I never had a bridge come off that hard. Any sugestions on how to safely remove it?
Sorry if this has already been discused.
OH! and im starting a new build h22a4, mahle gold series, eagle rods, ARP hardwear, port and polished head.

Some help would be really appreciated, Thanks!

a 2x4 and a hammer or some leverage. it slides onto short lil dowels that you gotta slide the bridge off of, but do it equally all around.

Yep got it off, thats what I did. Do I have to worry about warpage after? Should I just mesure diagonals and place on level surface.

you should always check diags ... if you are reusing any motor parts. you dont wanna screw yoursellf.
