Re: Motor swap question

after you try i'd like to see the hospital bill.
The motor weighs a few hundred pounds, but you also have to cock it at goof angles to get it out. I suppose its doable....

Re: Motor swap question

just go buy a cherry picker theyre not very exspensive. or if u got a garage just make a pulley system.......or if u want a hospital bill u can try to put it in by hand ur call but id recommend goin to like sears and buying a cherry picker and putting it in with that.

Re: Motor swap question

hahahaha. thats the definition of a backyard mechanic my friend. I dont know what i would've done without a crane when i did the h22 swap into my car. you gotta shimmy the thing all over the place. You'd probly put out your back tryin to do it manually

Re: Motor swap question

hmmm what my usually friend does.. is that he uses a couple of chains and poles to lift it off the ground thats with a couple of friends helping..

i think thats impossible to really pull out a motor and install back in with out a cherry picker
