ABS Question

Hey all,

I searched around a bit, but to no avail. I've been noticing that my ABS kicks in all the time recently, even at low speeds when I'm nowhere near the traction point. My brake fluid is a hair on the low side and I'm going to replace it / bleed the system this weekend but I wanted to see if you guys had any thoughts.

I may try replacing the float / filter too as the brake light will stay on sometimes.

Re: ABS Question

If you're going to do that, why not just get rid of your reservoir/pump/wtfever to shave some weight off too.

But since it sounds like the OP wants to keep it, I'd say replace/bleed like you said, and if that doesn't fix it, and you're not throwing an ABS code, then try new brake lines.
