Fidanza Flywheel is knackered

As most of you know I had a new clutch and fidanza 8.5lb flywheel installed about 3 weeks ago...i recently started experiencing problems where my starter motor starts to stick and doesnt start the car so i got it into a garage who told me that my starter motor is knackered...but that was the good news...they told me that the starter motor has damaged the flywheel and that the flywheel needs to be replaced...

has anybody had any probs with these flywheels, any funny noises coming from the flywheel / starter motor when you try starting the car etc??#

im absolutley gutted that i need to get this flywheel taken out and a standard one put back in..
