Which parts have better air flow?

Does and one know which intake manifolds have better flow between h23, h22a, h22 type s, h22 euro r, f22

same with which heads have better flow.

does anyone know were i can go to find the differences between these stock parts ill be more then happy to post a write up with my gathered info.

considering neither H23 nor F22 IM's bolt up to H22's without needing a custom flange, you can rule those ones out.

pretty sure the euro R is the best for the H22 that you listed.
