****ing slave cylinder...

So maybe 4 or 5 months ago, if even that, my slave cylinder seal broke and i replaced the entire unit. Everything was running fine until today on my way home I felt a significant loss of pedal pressure. So I got home and as suspected there was a leak in the new slave cylinder, this time where the brake line attaches at the top. I bled that sucker and filled it up with new fluid, hopefully that will get me to school tomorrow lol. But is there any possible reason as to why I'm popping slave cylinders, or is this just coincidence.
