Cheap Alternative to Shiny Headers

Well I was at the auto store today buying paint for my cluster bezels and decided to buy some engine enamel and paint my heat shield. Anyways I went with gloss black and after some cleaning, light sanding, 3 coats, then 2 hours in the oven my heat shield looked amazing! Anyways thought I might share some pics with you guys since this was my first time painting I thought it turned out well.

On car pics later hope it will stand up to the heat any clue how hot it gets?
