Please stop typing in caps lock, not only is it hard on the eyes, but it looks like your yelling at us. No one wants to help when we're getting yelled at, ya dig?

I've only heard of maybe 3 people using Sprint Springs, but I think they're pretty decent and not ridic cheap (read; quality). Now if they're the same springs that I'm looking at currently with a 2.5" drop, your stock shocks may be in good condition currently, but its almost guaranteed that they will blow in less than a year, especially with that amount of a drop. Now if your going to do all the work yourself, would you rather do TWICE the amount of work once your shocks blow in a year?? Or if your paying someone to do this job, would you prefer to pay TWICE the amount for doing the job twice?? I'm pretty sure i know what the answer is, so I'll leave you with a piece of advice.... DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT!!!

You most definitely hafta cut the bumpstops in half, because I had to with my Neuspeed Races (2.25")

And also the R34 is a verryyyyy low hanging bumper; I personally think 2.5" is a bit too much of a drop if this car is your daily driver. If its just a show car, then sure it'll look sickk!! But goodluck driving it and being paranoid about the front bumper. 2.5" won't be tuckinggg, but it'll be very close, prolly 0 finger gap.

Then if you don't mind doing the work twice, go for it. A 2" drop paired with a body kit should look VERY good, and won't be too much of a PITA driving around town.

Whichever way you do it, you'll need to cut the bump stops down.

well when you put in the Springs just make sure your not infront of the piece your unscrewing. It can fly off and go up to a distance of a football field. I know someone who actually got hit with it in the head and was put in the hospital and he had a chip in his skull.

Thats why you rent spring compressors from Autozone, which are free once you return them. Having the right tool for the job not only prevents injuries, but also brain damage, which your friend is lucky he didn't get; thats how much potential energy is stored in our springs when they're compressed. VERY dangerous if handled improperly!!!

Yeah, you need compressors for the front, but the rears are ok, under very very little pressure.

i dont know, i'm not gonna go with those now, the tein springs i think have a 1.1 inch drop for the front and 1.2 for the back, i think i'm better off with those.

I would recommend Tein S. Techs if you want a 1.5 drop that sits nicely with enough room for your bumper to not get messed up. I put mine on last week and they are nice indeed.
