Turbo '99 ECU Question
Sorry if this has been covered a million times, I searched for the answer but couldn't find it. I am putting a turbo on my '99 SH using the H22a4 that came with the car, no engine swap (T2T4 trans swap though). Everyone says to use the P72 ECU with Hondata for my tuning, so that's what i'll do. I looked up what parts need changed to do the OBD1 conversion but I'm only finding tons of contradictory info, Do/don't do the distributor, do/don't do injectors with resistors, I even read the oil pump needs swapped........for the ECU to work. Could anyone who knows tell me what is involved with taking and OBD2 H22a4 and converting it to OBD1 with a P72? Thanks

Re: Turbo '99 ECU Question
conversion harness and obd1 ecu but you need to upgrade your injectors anyway for that build
its a different thing if youre mixing jdm and usdm parts then you need to change those things you mentioned

Re: Turbo '99 ECU Question
Thanks for your response. I'm planning on getting 12.5 ohm 750cc injectors. The only JDM part I'm putting on the car is the T2T4 trans. I bought a base model block so I can still have a car while the block is getting sleeved, and so I don't have to make that SH to Base axle adapter plate.
