my build... advice and opinions.

h23 4th gen.
first i'll write the list of what i got...
1. mishimoto radiator.
2. act 6puck hd clutch
3. act hd pressure plate
4. f1 lightweight cromoly flywheel
5. black nitiride valves with supertech valve guides
6. stage 2 crower cams
7. gates blue timing belt
8. crower connecting rods
9. cp 87mm pistons
10. darton dry flanged sleeves
11. arp bolts.
12. oem water pump
13. kaizenspeed balance shaft delete

don't have
1. oil pump
2. didn't balance crank yet.
3. main bearings
4. head gasket.

setup before my motor threw a rod
stock h23
dsm manifold
dsm wastegate
dsm 16g turbo
greddy bov
fmic
440 black top dsm injectors
255lph walbro fuel pump
aem fuel rail
aem uego wideband
chipped ecu running on crome.

was running 8lbs. my coz didn't check the oil and ran it hard and threw a rod.
right now at this moment the engine build just killed my bank account. so i will be bolting the dsm turbo back on for now.
but for future reference here are my questions so as i save up money i could start buying some stuff for the turbo setup.
1. what manifold would fit on h23 with the ps and ac intact? don't want to delete.
2. i know there's alot of turbos out there and i know it depends on my goals but based on the engine i'm building. i would like to be in the green zone so not overpowering. a turbo where i wouldn't have to upgrade the injectors. so basically a turbo that would be just a turbo bolt on and maybe retune.
3. how much boost could a darton dry sleeve handle? not max but as a dd and long lasting. wish to go higher then 8lbs now that the block is being built up ready for boost.
4. and how would i be able to calculate the rev limit? i know that by balancing the rotating components and aftermarket cams the redline is suppose to go up. but does anyone know how to calculate the red line?
when i get my car ready for a retune i'd like to set a rev limit by chance someone borrows my car they won't blow it up by over revving.
5. by chance does anyone know how much hp a stock h23 dsm build gives out? mine was street tuned before so i have no idea. and when i get my car tuned this time i am going to get it dynoed to see what the power difference is with the crower cams and nitiride valves.
