help a noob out

hey guys i have a 97 honda prelude, ive been into hondas for a few years but dont really knoe much about rebuilding an engine. the car sucked up water from the aem cold air intake and hydro locked the engine . I picked up a h22a block, because the old block had a big hole on the side. i want to boost the car but its going to be my DD so i want it to be reliable. im not going to boost the car yet, but i want to build the engine for boost. my question is where should i start first? where would i find out what size pistons i need ?
