help/t70 set up on a 2.49 stoker motor

im building a ba prelude looking to make 500+ hp i have the money need some real feedback and advice im going with the 2.49 stoker kit from and i need to know what should i get for the valvetrain and cams and the fuel delivery system and also electronics to. my turbo is a xs power 500+ t70 snail i have a 3" downpipe and a megan racing cat and the exhaust already but what next/ on my stoker kit what comp ratio pistons should i get my boost settings will go from 10-15-20/ what else do i need for the motor i have the money but if you know the budget way to make this power safely and somewhat reliable let me know im looking to spend around 5gs ps its a 2.2 vtec h22a4 with bbk 70mm thottle body/ngk plugs and wires/aem power steering pump pulley
