Icon5 turbo manifold choices

ok so ive been hearing alot of topics on dsm or mistubishi turbo manifolds working on the h23 and f22. so heres my question exactly wich manifolds work i know h23 f22 and dsm but wich dsm manifold for my f22a1 engine?
Is it the 4g63 manifold? if so can i buy an aftermarket 4g63 manifold like the one in pic for a 4g63t dsm motor or does it have to be stock? any help here would be so aprriciated!

Re: turbo manifold choices

1) stay off ebay
2) STAY OFF EBAY!!!!

3) yes, its the stock 1G and 2G manifolds that MOSTLY everyone uses. (pretty sure they're both 4g63 right? i'm not a DSM guy)
but that doesn't mean that you can't also use aftermarket DSM manifolds either.

thats funny you made this thread today, cuz just last night i was looking thru this thread:
Turbo engine pics thread! - Page 5 - CB7Tuner Forums

post #82 and 93 are stock 1/2G mani's, whereas post #98 is an aftermarket evoIII mani which looks very very similar to the one you posted.

4) STAY OFF EBAY!!!!

particularly which wires? don't forget those are CB7's, not ludes. all he did was delete; PS, AC, ABS, CC, EGR, and washer fluid which is almost exactly the same as what i deleted, and our bays look extremely similar. and i have yet to "tuck" any of my wires either. i haven't even touched any of them.

does dsm even make a t3t4 i know the dsm's run em but are they stock on something? is a 20g about the same size as a t3t4?

and twok this is where we come at a bypass again... your anti ebay. i choose to respectfully disagree. some stuff is ok

like turbos for example... the reason ppl dont like em is because they use old patents to make them cheaper but the technology is 15 years old. my excuse is that our cars are just as old so its justified :)

Re: turbo manifold choices

well lets clear this up guys. i am, or atleast was, a dsm man. they do have manifolds with t3t4 flanges and the 20g turbo is good for 400+ hp but i would go for a big 16g ported turbo, run you $539.95 from dsmparts.com and fyi that is a dsm flange. its the evo turbo actually. it should give you better spool characteristics than the 20g and without being ported they support 380hp. and about ebay, their turbos suck dude. i had a 90 eclipse turbo with a 16g ebay turbo and the waste gate nipple broke so i was running without boost control.
