what wastegate to use

im currently building my turbo setup, im using a cast manifold, and not a good wg, but problem i have is when i shut the bonnet or hood i think u guys call it! my wg hits the underside of the bonnet not allowing it to close, so im looking to buy a decent wg but i dont wanna buy one and have the same problem, anyone else came across this?

They usually come with a couple flanges to have a pipe made and welded to turn the wastegate on the side or put it at a lower angle...Tial is a great wastegate and relatively cheap $100-200 Going an Ebay route would work $50 but not really knowing what your getting. Think of the saying "you get what you pay for"...

get a wastegate elbow, it's a 90* adapter/relocator, will allow you to close the hood.
