Icon5 Plugs & gap for turbo setup

I recently got a new set of plugs the NGK 4952 and a friend of mine who tunes was the one who prefered me to gt them... I cannot get ahold of him now and was wondering what the gap should be on these plugs??? Any info would help thanks...

I have an F22A1 SOHC non-vtec

What are you guys running: motor/plug/gap

NGK bkr7e's are the most popular for turbo hondas. and they come pre-gapped to 0.028-0.030
