Ordering parts for engine build (work in progress)

I was waiting until the end of the year to start but I am looking into some pretty serious maintenance issues so decided to step it up a bit. I already have my clutch and flywheel both fidanza.

I wanted to start this thread to help me find the parts that I need. I have been reading the forced induction threads all morning long. Most is about the kits or what size turbo to get. I think I am just going with a kit (turbonetics) as I'm pretty much a noob as turbos go. I have read a lot and know that I am going to build my engine first. So this is more of a motor build for going turbo. My gains I'd like to see 300HP with just about the same or close in torque.

I have the 1997 Honda Prelude (base)

I have a couple part numbers and wanted to know since it seems everything out there is for the H22A1 and not the H22A4. I have the H22A4 and wanted to find out if these parts would work

Pistons JE

Specs: JE HONDA H22A R/D:87mm/9:1
Part #: JE-208475

http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku/je-208475.asp

Eagle rods

Specs: EAGLE ROD:H22A1-PRELUDE
Part #: EG-5630H3D

http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku/eg-5630h3d.asp

Now these are from the online Pro Street catalog, is there a better place to be looking for such parts.

I also want to find sleeves. I have a shop here in Bedford, VA says they can do it but I read here on the forums that you have to get someone that has delt with Hondas FRM sleeves before, Also could someone send me a link for re sleeving. I'm googling it but keep getting other forums talking about FRM (fiber reinforced metal) and that forged pistons won't work unless you have it resleeved, thanks.
