Which is easier

What is easier to do on a stock Prelude(4th or 5th gen) motor. A turbo or a supercharger?

I guess I shouldn't stay stock, I will put bolt ons on it.

I don't need a crazy amount of power, but I would like it faster then just bolt-ons. So 6-8psi is fine.

What is the cheaper route?
Which is easier?
Which is more reliable?

I am pretty mechanically inclined, so I could do the work myself.

Thanks!!
