Leather doors fix

Has anyone had this problem before? I recently placed my door cover in the tunk because I was repairing the door and needed some space. And after I got it out this happened. Anyone know how to fix it?

Re: Leather doors fix

The outer layer of the door, the 'leather' part, is wrapped over the top of a molding that probably isn't a material you can punch out the dents from behind, but if you remove the panel you can try it. If you're willing to try your hand at some upholstery, you could peel the pieces apart, fill the dents in kinda like bondo on body panels, and re-glue it all back. I don't know what you'd use for that though, but I'm sure there's something out there.
