i found this part laying under my seat

I have no clue where this belongs or even if it goes to my car. Do any of you know what this is and where it goes. I have a 1994 Prelude Si.

is that a part number on the back? try searching it. but i think its the cover for the bolts on the floor behind your seat. look on the passenger side and see the difference
