Quick Release / Steering Wheel Q

I did some looking but found only old unanswered threads, so I have a Few questions for you guys with any knowledge of quick releases.

Number one I want either a Nardi-Personal or Key!s Racing steering wheel. I found plenty of sites that sell Personal wheels, but only found one site with a Key!s Racing steering wheel and it had some Japanese print on it, so I'm a bit skeptical to drop $300 - $400 on it.

My question is will the NRG hub fit these wheels. I know JHPUSA makes an adapter for the personal wheel (link below) but do any if you guys know if the Key!s wheel is the same way?? Also if you guys know another site that sells Key!s wheel would be sweet.

I haven't checked for write ups for the install, but you know any post'em

Any help you guys have would be great, thnx

Nardi-Personal Hub Ring Adaptor - JHPUSA

i always thought you have to match the bolts. like the NRG is a 6 bolt so you need to find anyother one thats 6 bolt.. right?

You drive an shttronic auto, no one is gonna steal it. Also you will no longer have an airbag to save you from crashes or hitting "+" too much, only auto people will understand this.

Do your 5 speed swap.

Re: Quick Release / Steering Wheel Q

Of course I thought of that, but this is thread 2845326194746283956028174950317, about buying cosmetic junk, when after you add up the total of parts you bought, you could have bought the Swap. And by da way, by da way, how's your charger coming along?

Still trying to find a couple of good amplifier/sub links, LMAO.

Do your 5 speed swap.
but people will think a quick release steering wheel is so cool on a car with very little performance modification...

Re: Quick Release / Steering Wheel Q

u are much better off buying everything from NRG. remember, when modifying a car you will 99.99% sure to run into some kind of hickup. and when u start mismatching things, you are just asking for trouble. especially with a steering wheel . imagine that coming off at 80mph. i got my whole setup from nrg. hub, quick release, and steering wheel. they have a really good selection for like a total of not more than 350. and i feel safe, secure, and everything fit how it should. and even then, if you want your horn to work you gotta modify some stuff. on nrg website believe it or not they have their recomended "ghetto" install lol that uses a pin/paperclip to get horn to work... so there.... if you going down that road, get it as a set. so as promised, believe it or not, nrg guys themselves... here ya go

The challenger will already be a beast lol. The last thing we needed was the tranny my dad got tired of looking so he just bought a brand new one lol. Just need the time to put it all back together again. It has 76k miles on it, not bad and our 69 Super Bee only has like 40k it's 440 Six pack and almost done. It runs so damn sexy

my friends NRG wheel broke off on his turbo prelude when he did a pull and my NRG wheels bolts came loose when i was going 80 on the highway lol. most people just get the NRG kit and change the wheel to a better brand.
and thanks for that link. this whole time i had no idea how to get my horn to work!
