Rearview mirror

So....Somehow I managed to knock the whole rearview mirror off...including the piece that attaches it to the car. Does anyone know how to put it back on? Ive got all the pieces still.

Re: Rearview mirror

Just go to an auto zone or pep boys, they sell a kit for gluing that piece to the windshield. Ive had to do it a few times, and it works great. Its less than 10 bucks

Re: Rearview mirror

.....I dont think it should require any gluing(?)...pictures would help immensely to know what your dealing with here.

Re: Rearview mirror

Yeah, post a pic so we know what dealing with. I don't have a lude or been in a lude in some time, but here general rules.

If it is piece that attaches to windshield it self a metal thing need glue from parts store. If it is something that attaches to roof of car may just need simple lil bolt or screw and in that case look at Honda parts site online to find size need then go find one.
