When doing the sun roof glass conversion from the 5th Gen prelude please pay close attention to the sun roof brackets and the guide itself on the sunroof tracks.

While putting mines in I couldn't get my roof to go down!! I'm thinking wow the sunroof fit like complete ****..but it wasn't the roof.

WHILE drilling the holes and fighting to make the sunroof go in the hole I didn't realize I pushed the sunroof track black guides out of place. When their out of place the black long guide things that connect to the roof dont lay down all the way.

So when I snapped them all back in place the sunroof laid down very nice no more gap and wind noise

Thanks for the tip, can you post pics of how your glass now sits? My car came with the glass conversion done, but I feel like it sits too high still.
