Prelude frame messes with exterior

I have a 5th gen prelude recently bought new headlights and when installing them on my car noticed the mounts where the bottom of the front bumper connects and the driver side headlight mount near grill is bent(from the previous owner). anyway it screws with the whole front end. the driver side headlight doesn't sit right, the fender pushes slightly upward and the hood hovers above. I wanted to know of a method to bending out the dents or how much would it be to repair the front end at a shop?

Its nothing too bad but hard to get at and i want everything to sit flush.
ill post pics if needed

Post a photo. Sounds like it was hit in the front drivers side and it tweaked the radiator support.

Could have also possibly tweaked the support behind the fender.

Re: Prelude frame messes with exterior

its been bad weather all week where i live. I'll post some asap. it looks like the owner smashed into a low rock and the drivers side radiator support is bent inward like you said. The exterior isnt too bad but id like to have the mounts in place before my headlights crumble in the streets lol
