Eagle eyes or Depo headlights?

I own a 5th gen and was wondering if eagle eyes would be a good headlight to go with or to go with a set of black housing depos and retrofit later? I love both. I have heard some bad things about halo headlights performance such as leds blow and lights being dim.

Re: Eagle eyes or Depo headlights?

I went Depo's, I would recommend them over the "eagle eye" or other cheap ebay ones. That's just my opinion, I don't intend to retrofit later, I like how they are, nice and bright, with correct bulbs

I bought mine off of eBay, just make sure the seller is authorized Depo carrier. They usually have it posted in the description.

just search around man, you can find the gunmetal ones if you search hard enough.

Re: Eagle eyes or Depo headlights?

As far as i know....there weren't any gunmetal DEPO headlights. They just have the typical black housing with the chrome reflectors.

Re: Eagle eyes or Depo headlights?

yea i'm interested in this "gunmetal" too.

i have the "crystal black" depos. love the look and the light output is definitely better than before with my hazy stock ones.

Re: Eagle eyes or Depo headlights?

yeah i would love a gunmetal housing but from the pictures the black and gunmetal didn't look too different from each other. Everytime i ask about gunmetal on a site the rep tells me they are out of stock. I found an authorized depos seller online going to order black ones sometime this week can't wait
