ID'ing this Car

Anyone able to Id what kind of car this is cause im interested in the spoiler on the back. I had one on my 97 eclipse a long time ago. Ive always liked the style of spoiler it is but think it would look too "fattening" on a the lude.(being that the lude also has a body it on it.)

Also opinions on it are welcome. it would be going on a 4th gen. Just getting a feeler
