Front License Plate Question

Recently, I was pulled over for not having a front license plate and too dark of window tint...is there a way I can put on my front license plate without having to drill holes in the fender on my 4th gen?

I tried just keeping it on my dash lard before but was too distracted by it while driving

thanks guys!

Re: Front License Plate Question

Considering the fenders go over the wheels you'd never have to drill holes in them...

You could possibly use the holes in the front bumper that the factory drilled when they moulded it before it was fitted to the car.

Or you could cable tie it to the middle bar of the bumper.

Alternatively if you want to look a tad different go to your favourite hardware store, buy a couple of L brackets and mount the brackets under the turn signal so the plate sits below the turn signal. (If this is too much work plate relocators can be found on ebay)

Re: Front License Plate Question

Just buy the factory mount and they attach to predrilled holes that do no drill into the bumper its self.

Re: Front License Plate Question

If you want to get your ticket signed off, and remove the plate again. Just buy some 3m two sided adhesive tape and put it on the back of the plate, and place on the front bumper of your car. Then take it off after it's signed off.
