cf hood

anyone know what kind of wax i should put on my caarbon fiber hood to keep the look nice? because i seen my friends and it looks horrible cuz the sun messed it up

Oxidation is a bitch!!
i just used 3m rubbing compound w/milwaukee buffer
and got it out you just have to maintain it
well at least i do!!

Keeping it outta direct sun is tha key(but not always easy to do), on my cf i touched it up with a good spray wax, now if it gets dull or shows the white haze, i'd try rubbing compound

hey i live way up north, in north dakota, so summers can get over 90 and winters here can get to -60 with wind chill, and i hear carbon fiber will warp and can crack under those different temps? this true? cause it discourages me from buying cf

couldn't you just swap your stock hood back on when it gets that cold?
