Re: neons

Best place is where you cannot see the actual bulbs... it takes a Little more work, but it is worth it to get that "floating" effect.

Please read my tutorial about using relays BEFORE you try and hook these up to ANY power source in your car. And don't be afraid to ask for help.

Re: neons

I USED to have the whole setup all the way around. Blue. And the rear hides in the bumper. The two sides go further in past the jack mounts. And the front, I cut some of my bumper away so light would shine through from the bottom. I still have two that work. I can post some pics of what they look like? Only the front and Pass Side work.

Re: neons

Unfortunately... there will probly always be a rivalry... I was into muscle(still am) when I first started working on cars. My BFF of almost 10 years met me in my peak of muscle mania, I got him hooked on cars. Then I had to buy my own car and drive it 120+ miles everyday for school... Naturally, a Honda was my best option. To this day he gives me constant S*** about making the switch...

His 63' Nova 409 that I pretty much convinced him to buy our sophmore year in HS...Obviously it didnt look like that before...

I think neon's can look nice, just mount them where a rock won't jump up and hit them.
