Honda Prelude Forum

Hey all, well most people know me on the forums and those that don't well you'll see me at the local meets.

As of last years Tri State Prelude meet I had my car looking ok but on the way there I got into an accident and well yeah all the hard work went to ****. So as hard headed as I am when most people told me to trash the lude I said F it that my car and im bringing her back. So here are some pics to show the before and after.


*To the Mod's* Sorry if this was meant to be under member Rides but my member ride is from about 2006 so figured this was due for a new thread.

Awaiting a new hood since my old one was beyond repair thanks to an a**hole with a tow hook backing up into it and denting it badly as well as several minor dents.

Then the shop ordering a honda civic hood by accident, yeah ok as if that P.O.S. could ever compare to a lude. Sorry to civic owners had to say it.

2 weeks ago also rear mirror is still out because it was removed to restore the quarter panel when the damage was pulled out.

















Today this is where the car is only things left to add are the fog light covers, and entire lip kit one i purchase the rest of it lol




Sorry about the quality of the pic but these were all Camera phone pics
(5 mega pixel) photo shoot will follow once I add the rims I have since my old si rims are a bit damaged from this incident.

Thanks to RC and OG for encouraging me to create this thread to show how hard work, and patience pays off and yet im still not done lol. Enjoy

can't wait to get fresh shots of this thing at the first meet of the year. although if we get a nice day i might try to get some people together for an early spring NYPOC shoot. get everyone ready for the new season.

wtf.............shop wanted to charg me 1675 to fix my bumper paint it, paint rear lip, paint spoiler and mount it, fix a dent repaint.

ill be on cod soon to much work and school x_x

yeah turns out this guy has been a friend of my dads for a long time. I never paid much mind to his work till I saw him working on a Mercedes- AMG. I was like ok this guys has skills so picked him up showed him my car and we started talking until I dropped the car off and left it in his hands.

Happy it all worked out for you manny and you didn't lose hope on your lude,thats true love and dedication when you see her all banged up,quarter panel destroyed but you said " no way i'm trashing my lude,thats my car." Its the bond we build with the car from riding,not only that but the ride knows things no one else does like who was in the passenger seat at 2am in the morning one night and her sister on the same seat the next night, but of course the lude never tells,lol.....

I got my 4th gen painted for 1500 and I had a huge dent in the hood where my buddies dad back into it with his tailgate down

U got a ps3 or xbox bc cod is all I play
