Yummy New Hood (56k open at own risk)

I haven't posted pics up a while. For those that read my thread a week back talking about a carbon fiber hood that I found a good deal on. It was painted red from a 2000 prelude (milano). Mine is a 97 (san marino), I wasn't sure how it would look. What surprised me is that the paints perfectly match! Either a mistake was made with the paint, or the owner just didn't know the year of his prelude. I love it, especially with the paint! By the way, it was beautiful outside
Pics!

Re: Yummy New Hood (56k open at own risk)

I like that hood, i like how you have red on the outer edge of it, def something different. And the way you have it set up, i say keep the eyelids, it works with the overall look.

Looks good man. I ushually dont dig the painted CF but it looks sweet. Dont listen to them...keep the lids, it excentuates the hood nicely.

Re: Yummy New Hood (56k open at own risk)

Thanks on the comments guys.
- I really do need a drop, I just kept the eyelids on because I double side taped them pretty damn good on the headlights. I don't feel like taking a hair dryer and trying to melt the tape away. Maybe over the winter when I'm not lazy, lol.

Thanks guys and girls. I believe it's a vis oem. I just need to adjust the rubber stops to match up, other than that, it seems like a good fit
