Before and After pics fixed and custom powdercoated Volk TE37's and painted exhaust

The before and after pics pretty much show the change, let me know what you guys think. I am very happy with how everything came out. I did manage to hit myself in the eyeball full force with a socket putting the exhaust back in, but it was worth it in the end (Don't be impatient, always change the rusty exhaust bolts, valuable lesson learned). I have before and after with the volk stickers as well, I think the stickers look better than without. Wheels America in Arlington Heights Illinois did the custom powdercoating as well as fixed all four wheels. You can see the dent in the front left rim in the before pictures gone now. They did a great job and had fantastic customer service.

I appreciate and respect your honesty/opinion. I like the black and silver contrast especially with the grills and symbols/lights all blacked out. But to each his or her own. I had them silver for so long it was like getting a new car, I was bored with them the way they were, this was a nice change for me.

Re: Before and After pics fixed and custom powdercoated Volk TE37's and painted exhau

Believe me, when I got those rims 5 years ago, I couldn't have imagined painting them at all either. They did their job and looked great for so many years, it was time to go a new direction in the look of my car and I am glad I did. I earned the money for those rims in Iraq so they are kind of a positive memory for my time in the service and pretty much the only memorabilia I have from that time period. I loved the rims silver, I just think the black accents with the honda symbols, the exhaust, the two front grills, the blacked out lights, and the rims just finish it off. How many people have a silver prelude with silver te37's on these forum's and in the world, probably a few. Now how many people have te37's painted in those colors? Probably not many. It was a risk, but I am very pleased with the result. I guess its a to each his own type of thing. I didn't think crocs were very cool either, but someone has made a fortune on them.
